Meet the Team
With 30 years in the OSS/BSS industry, Johanne is a Network as a Service (NaaS) adviser, TM Forum catalyst consultant and NaaS Compass founder.
Previously Johanne was Global Evangelist for Telstra’s NaaS. Before joining Telstra, Johanne was director orchestration product marketing at Oracle; ICT account manager with Ericsson Australia; senior analyst with Analysys Mason leading the service provider program; and marketing director with Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) OSS/BSS solutions.
Following a long tenure as a board director and executive committee member of TM Forum, Johanne was awarded Distinguished Fellow recognition. She continues to be an active contributor to TM Forum's Open Digital Architecture, Autonomous Network and Open API projects along with MEF’s Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) projects. Johanne Mayer, Founder and Director
Guy is a world pioneer in the field of Network as a Service. See Guy's NaaS articles and LinkedIn profile. As Head of Orchestration & Data 2020 at Telstra, Guy led the Network as a Service Transformation. In this role his team performed "the glue", embedding networks evolution into the IT world. Guy is an experienced technology and strategy executive with over 25 years of technology, products and market innovation in the security, networking, cloud and telecommunication space.
Guy Lupo, Advisor
Extensive experience transforming large enterprise businesses by assessing portfolio/project achievability and compliance with policies and controls, monitoring portfolio/project delivery performance, and assisting Project Management Office (PMO) with risk reduction through mitigations and strategies.
Led global cross-functional technical teams through complex software research and development applications, and customer implementations.

Chantal Levac, Advisor
Entrepreneur and innovator with a 25-year track record of delivering successful cutting-edge national and international technology projects to the software, telecommunications and engineering sectors.
An expert in team-building and managing complex technology projects, Anthony has worked in many diverse industries and locations, including as the head of a major telecommunications project for Qatar Petroleum.
In 2009, Anthony established EngageViidacom, a specialist technology and IT professional services company with over 150 staff, delivering IoT projects, infrastructure networks, wireless technologies, and customer-facing software products. EngageViidacom sold in 2020 to an ASX listed company.
Anthony serves as founder and Innovation & Design Director at the Scoleri & Williams Group. In these roles, Anthony oversees the growth of software development company 7-YM, animation and video production agency Creativa, and VR/AR game studio Ultimerse.
Anthony brings design-thinking to business, developing products that integrate software, animation, personalization, VR, AR, and gaming for an international market.
Anthony has engineering qualifications and holds a Masters in Project Management.
